Founded 15th June,1986, the first service was held in a congregation's house in Kew,Melbourne. Later in 01/09, 1990 she moved to the current church building in Camberwell and at the age of 25, she is the first, the biggest and fastest expanding Chinese Methodist Church in Australia and still going strong.
Today, Camberwell Methodist Church, Melbourne, comprised of 4 Sunday Services weekly, namely 9am Camberwell Chinese Service, 11am Camberwell English Service, and 2.30pm Weribee Chinese Service and Knox Chinese Service.
